Madagascar Cybersecurity & AI InitiatIve Foundation
The Madagascar Cybersecurity & AI Initiative Foundation (MCAIF) is a national non-profit organisation of technologists, cybersecurity professionals, and digital advocates committed to advancing cybersecurity, data protection, civic technology, digital democracy, and inclusive digital transformation across Madagascar. Headquartered in Alasora, Antananarivo, MCAIF operates at the intersection of technology, governance, and citizen participation, empowering individuals, civil society, and institutions to engage safely, responsibly, and effectively in the digital era. Our multidisciplinary team works to promote and build secure, inclusive, and participatory digital ecosystems across Madagascar. We have earned national recognition for pioneering Madagascar’s first-ever National Cyber Security Awareness Month, an annual campaign that promotes online safety, privacy, and responsible digital citizenship.
